Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Threefold Hara CPA (“we” or “our firm”) handles information relating to visits to this website and inquiries as described below. Information provided for an accepted professional engagement is also subject to the engagement agreement and any separate instructions.

Information Received Through Inquiries

We accept inquiries through our website form and by email. The form processes optional company name, your name, email address, subject, message, and confirmation that you have read this policy. Submitted information is transmitted through our web server and email services to notify our firm. If you email us directly, we receive the information included in that email.

How We Use Information

We use inquiry information to respond, assess whether a matter fits our services, communicate about a potential engagement, maintain correspondence records, and meet applicable legal obligations. This website does not use advertising or email marketing services.

Access Logs and Cookies

This website does not use Google Analytics or similar analytics services, advertising, embedded videos, or online booking features. However, the hosting server may record IP addresses, access times, requested URLs, and browser information for operation, maintenance, and security.

WordPress and language-switching features may use cookies for functions such as administrator login and remembering language preferences. You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser, although this may affect some functions.

Service Providers and Information Handling

We use ConoHa WING for website hosting and email service providers for email communications. These providers may process information as needed to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Information sent by email is handled by our firm in the United States and, depending on the services used, may be processed in countries other than the country from which it was sent.

Retention and Security

We retain inquiry records as needed for responses, engagement assessment, related recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Our policy is to review retention needs and appropriately delete or dispose of information no longer needed. We seek to restrict access and protect information according to its nature. Internet communications and ordinary email cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Sensitive Information

Do not include Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, bank details, passwords, tax returns, or other confidential information in your initial email or attachments. Document-sharing arrangements will be provided after formal engagement acceptance.

Questions and Requests

For questions about information handling or requests to correct or delete information you provided, contact us below. We may verify your identity and will respond in accordance with applicable law and any relevant record-retention obligations.
