From Inquiry to Engagement

1. Contact Us

Tell us which services you need and briefly describe your circumstances. Include the relevant tax years, states, and deadlines if known. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords, tax returns, or other confidential information in your initial inquiry.

2. Confirm Availability & Scope

We review your inquiry and may request additional information. We then outline the services we can provide, the records needed, and the proposed schedule.

3. Fee Proposal & Engagement Agreement

We provide a fee proposal based on the proposed scope. After the work, deliverables, fees, and each party’s responsibilities have been reviewed and agreed upon, we proceed with the engagement agreement.

4. Share Documents & Begin Work

After the engagement agreement is in place, we explain which documents are needed and how to share them. We review their availability and begin work according to the agreed scope and schedule.

Discuss Your Needs

The services above outline our principal areas of support. Availability, scope, deliverables, fees, and timing depend on your circumstances and are defined in the engagement agreement.

An inquiry or fee proposal does not establish an accountant-client relationship or extend any filing, payment, or response deadline.
